Paul Celan (1920–1970) là nhà thơ, dịch giả người Rumani. Viết chủ yếu bằng tiếng Đức, ông trở thành một trong những nhà thơ lớn nhất thời hậu Thế chiến thứ II của ngôn ngữ này.

Hamburg, một
sợi dây giày vô tận – tại
đó
những bóng ma gặm –
buộc hai ngón chân đẫm máu với nhau
cho lời thề của con đường.
